Notable Cases
- People v. Washington, SLO Superior Court Case Number 17F-06347-B: Client charged with robbery under Penal Code § 211. Not guilty after a jury trial.
- People v. Jones. SLO Superior Court Case number 23F-07258. Client was charged with Penal Code § 664/187 – attempted premeditated murder. At the preliminary hearing, the defense showed the People could not prove that the act was premeditated, thus lessening the client’s prison exposure from life with the possibility of parole to a maximum of 9 years.
